Good clean property.Good Jungle Cafe, clean and neat.Friendly staff and housekeeping services.Great car parking space.Calm swimming pool.Food was great. I enjoyed everything here in my 3 days stay.

The Property Location and the setup landscaping have been extremely good, the Restaurant staff and service was quite good

Charges for Kids has been extremely high, they consider above 5 years child as Adult and charge full amount, for that charge they claim they provide extra bed but there is no space in the room to accommodate the extra bed, the front office person to whom we spoke about our reservation and room has been extremely rude and with extreme attitude

Great property, very beautiful, very picturesque, comfortable stay, great food. Absolutely fantastic staff, especially Marvil. Very clean property, close to many places to visit. Overall great stay.

The rooms are beautiful and cozy, the children's facilities and games are very nice. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The shower runs out of hot water very quickly, only Indian food, no drinks at all. There is no normal coffee in the pool, there are not enough shady places.

Nothing more could have been done for us, the staff were amazing. The hotel setting was tranquility itself. Set in beautiful well kept grounds, with a crystal clean pool . From local nature walks, to bird and tiger safaris. We loved every minute of our stay. A must is the white water rafting which was a highlight for us. Thank you to the activity manager who went out of his way to make our stay ultra special. He even managed for us to meet some local elephants.

The generator was a little noisy and sometime disrupted the tranquility of the gardens

The view is just amazing as shown in the pictures. The pool is clean, food is tasty and the place is beautiful.

Welcome drink wasn't nice. They charged us 1800 extra for a child. It was too much. I mentioned we didn't require extra bed. They could have taken minimal charge for the child's meals. 1800 is a loooot considering the amount of food a kid eats. Had to wait for about 20 mins at the reception before check in even though I had paid beforehand. Lunch was served individually, no buffet. serving sizes were huge so we had to leave some food uneaten in the bowls. hope they didn't throw it away. Tea after lunch was charged at 100 per cup, it could have been included in the lunch menu because some people are ha. I requested for smaller portions but it wasn't done. Activities were charged extra, it could have been included in the package.

Great staff and service, excellent food and cleanliness.

The property is situated in the middle of the forest.Quite serene and very green.It has in house activities including zip line which was good.Pools really nice.Sumptuous breakfast,lunch and dinner buffets.At night ambient lighting makes the property look very unique.Quite close to the water activities.Cottages are very clean and toiletries are of good quality.What tops it all is the staff,who are extremely friendly,polite and very helpful.Led by Marvin,the manager and well supported by the GM Chirag,Surekha,Kesar and others,they make a fantastic team keeping you well looked after.Special mention about Marvin,whom I will give 5 stars ⭐️ for his extraordinary efforts in keeping us comfortable.Took a picture of Marvin and team along with guests.

The resort was magnificent! We loved the traditional Indian welcoming ceremony at our arrival. The resort is quiet and peaceful in the middle of the jungle. The food was traditional as well, with a lot of options always veg and non-veg. We were lucky to get to know the chef in the kitchen: Mahaveer and Sumit. Both were very kind and attentive. The stuff also helped us immediately and honestly for our trips planned. The rooms were totally clean and cozy. With all the amenities you need. We will definitely come back here.

Went for a staycation with my family to celebrate dad's birthday, and i must say we had an amazing time! The rooms were very clean, the entire resort was beautiful and well maintained. We dint have to go out at all because we enjoyed the food, pool, bonfire and games (table tennis, archery, carrom board) within the resort. Despite being in a jungle we were surprised there were no insects in the room. The staff hospitality is top class. They are such delightful people to speak to, special mention to Mr. Marvin, the konkani speaking girl (who was in belgaum earlier, sorry forgot her name) and rest of the team who were great right from the start, and even went a step above what was required for their role to make the day special for my dad. Also the restaurant staff was so accommodative, good food and amazing people to speak to. They all celebrated my dad's bday with us. We will definitely be coming back sometime!

Probably the only con was geyser water wouldnt last that long but otherwise the stay was great!Reaching the location - google map took us through a weird narrow road although there was an alternative route.

We liked our stay at stone wood. The weather made it even better. The staff was helpful and the food served was tasty. The swimming pool was in mint condition ?. Mybkids enjoyed the activities like zip line etc.

We had an issue with the suite where we started getting a sewage odour in the bathroom as well as the room. As soon as we reported the same the manager arranged to shift us into another comfortable villa immediately, making our stay comfortable.
